摘要
冲压是金属材料机械设备零件的加工方法之一,在对材料进行冲压的过程中,需要首选对冲床以及冲压模具施压,使其产生相应的形变,进而保证加工机械零部件的尺寸符合要求。本文主要通过对冲压模具在金属材料机械设备零件制造中应用进行研究,实现金属材料机械设备零件制造。
Stamping is one of the processing methods of mechanical parts of metal materials.In the process of stamping materials,it is necessary to first press the punch and stamping die to produce corresponding deformation,so as to ensure that the dimensions of machining mechanical parts meet the requirements.In this paper,the application of stamping die in the manufacturing of metal material mechanical equipment parts is studied to realize the manufacturing of metal material mechanical equipment parts.
