摘要
基于2014年广东省45个乡镇170个行政村500余户农户的调研数据,对生产性公共产品和民生性公共产品进行分类研究,采用模糊综合评价法衡量农户对农村公共产品的满意程度,并运用Logistic回归模型探究农户对农村公共产品满意度的影响因素。结果表明:第一,广东省农户对生产性公共产品的满意度评价总体高于民生性公共产品。其中,广东省农户对电力服务和农村道路等生产性公共产品满意度较高,对文化体育娱乐活动和医疗卫生等民生性公共产品满意度较低,对个别公共产品的满意度呈现出明显随地区分化的特点。第二,影响农户满意度最主要的因素是道路交通相关因素,包括通路情况、公路类型、交通便利程度;个体特征也对农户满意度有显著影响。
This paper classifies and studies the productive and civilian public goods using the data from more than 500 peasant households of 170 villages out of 45 towns in Guangdong Province in 2014.It uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to measure farmers satisfaction with rural public goods and uses a logistic gression model to estimate the influencing factors on their satisfaction.The results are as follows:firstly,the farmers in Guangdong is more satisfied with the productive public goods than civilian public goods.Particularly,their satisfaction level with some basic public products,such as electric power services and rural roads,is relatively higher than that with products like sports,cultural,recreational and health services,while the satisfaction with specific products varies apparently across regions.Secondly,farmers satisfaction is mainly driven by factors related to road transport,including accessibility,road type and traffic conditions.Personal characteristics also has significant influence.
