摘要
建立了热解析-气相色谱质谱(GC-MS)法测定实木家具中松节油含量的方法。将清漆实木家具样品放置在气候舱内,以Tenax采样吸附管采集空气样本,进入热解析仪,解析的组分经气相色谱分离,质谱检测器检测,以选择离子(SIM)进行定性定量分析。松节油在0.01~0.2 mg/m^3范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r>0.99。平均回收率为91.2%~105.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为0.5%~4.7%。
A method for the determination of turpentine content in solid wood furniture by Thermal analysis-Gas chromatography Mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was established.Samples of varnished solid wood furniture were placed in the climate capsule,air samples were collected from Tenax adsorption tubes,and entered the thermal analyzer.The analytical components were separated by gas chromatography and tested by mass spectrometry detectors to select ions(SIM) for qualitative quantitative analysis.The turpentine calibration curves showed good linearities in the range of 0.01~0.2 mg/m^3 with correlative coefficients(r) larger than 0.99.The average recoveries were 91.2% to 105.6% with relative standard deviations(RSD,n=6) of 0.5% to 4.7%.
