摘要
众包是近年来兴起的一种以互联网技术为依托的新兴网络组织模式,这种组织模式正被越来越多的企业所采用,并逐渐引起学术界的兴趣与关注。在对相关研究成果梳理的基础上,采用演化博弈技术方法构建了基于合作的演化博弈均衡模型,以刻画博弈各方决策行为动态演变的过程。研究结果表明,众包中合作关系演化方向不仅与双方博弈的支付矩阵、系统初始状态密切相关,而且还受监督成本、处罚力度以及社会责任的深刻影响。
In recent years,as an emerging network organization,crowdsourcing lays on internet technology and is used by more and more enterprises.And it is paid more attentions by academic circles.The equilibrium model is set up by using evolutionary game method based on cooperation on basis of combing the related research results.The model analyzes the decision-making behavior of main body in the dynamic development course.And the results indicate that the evolutionary direction of crowd sourcing have closely related to the two sides game pay matrix and the initial state of system.Meanwhile,the supervision cost,punishment and social responsibility play an important role in the course of cooperation relationship evolutionary.
