提高小学校本教研有效性的理论与实践分析

摘要 在小学教学中,采用校本教研的方式,能够突出学校的教学特色,提升教学的质量。校本教学的基本特征为以校为本,需要围绕学校自身遇到的问题展开研究,教师是校本教研的主体,而校本教研的目的是促进师生间的共同发展,提升学生的综合素质,在校本教研的实行阶段,需要采取合适手段提升校本教学的有效性。 in primary school teaching,the adoption of school-based teaching and research method,can highlight the school's teaching characteristics,improve the quality of teaching.The basic features of school-based teaching to the school for this,need some researches on the problems surrounding the school itself,the teacher is the main part of the school-based teaching and research,and school-based teaching and research purpose is to promote the common development between teachers and students,promoting the comprehensive qualities of students,in the practice of school-based teaching and research phase,need to take appropriate means to improve the effectiveness of school-based teaching.
