摘要
德国双元制职业教育具有完备的法律体系与权责明确的政府管理,形成了以企业为主体的双元培育机制和以注重实践技能的学习领域课程体系。鉴于中德职业教育存在体制机制、顶层设计、结构布局上的差异,盘锦职业技术学院在实践中探索双元制本土化改革,通过理念的融通、机制的衔接、模式的创新、标准的引入,提供了学习德国双元制教育的宝贵经验。
German dual-system vocational education possesses a complete legal system and government management with clear rights and responsibilities,and has formed a dual-cultivation mechanism with enterprises as the main body and a curriculum system with a focus on practical skills.In view of the differences in the institutional mechanism,top-level design and structural layout of Sino-German vocational education,Panjin Vocational Technical College explores the dual-system localization reform in practice,and provides valuable experience in learning German dual education through the integration of ideas,the convergence of mechanisms,the innovation of models,and the introduction of standards.
