摘要
电动汽车充电时间是用户选择电动车时重点关注指标,现有电动车快充时间大多在45 min以上,无法满足用户需求。通过使用快充单体电池成功开发了一款20 min级快充电池系统,并且通过制定和优化快充策略,降低电池温度和温差,进而达到延长电池使用寿命的目的。提出4种快充策略,基于快充动力电池系统,通过仿真和试验对比分析了4种策略在快充时间、充入容量、温度、温差和生热与散热功率6个维度的优劣势,选取最优的充电策略应用到整车。
The charging time of electric vehicles is a key indicator for users to choose electric vehicles.The charging time of existing electric vehicles is mostly more than 45 minutes,which can not meet the needs of users.A 20-minute rapid-charging battery system has been successfully developed by using rapid-charging cells.By formulating and optimizing charging strategies,the temperature and temperature differences of the battery can be reduced,and then the life of the battery can be prolonged.Four rapid charging strategies are proposed in this paper based on the rapid charging battery system.An optimal strategy is selected and applied to the vehicle by the strength and weakness analysis in charging time,capacity,temperature,temperature difference,thermal power and cooling power through the simulation and experiment.
