摘要
通过对基于校校合作的师范生实习模式进行研究,发现该实习模式在实习指导、实习过程管理、实习评价、实习基地建设等方面存在一些问题而影响教育实习的效果,针对这些问题提出了一些建议化的对策,以期有利于加强高师院校与中小学的深度合作,有利于提高师范生的实习质量,有利于提高师范生的培养质量.
Educational practice is an important link for normal university students to change their roles from students to will-be teachers before they go to work.In recent years,normal universities have paid more and more attention to their students,educational practice.University-school cooperation is a common practice mode.However,there are still some shortcomings in practice guidance,practice process management,practice evaluation and practice base construction.This project focuses on the practice mode of normal school students based on university-school cooperation,explores the existing problems,and puts forward some reasonable countermeasures,which is conducive to strengthen the in-depth cooperation between normal universities/colleges and primary/middle schools,improve the practice quality and cultivating quality of normal school students.
