摘要
通过对部分省市监狱医疗费用的调研,发现监狱面临医疗费用不断增长这一发展难题,对费用增长的原因进行了分析。提出将服刑人员纳入城乡居民基本医疗保险体系,建立服刑人员医疗保障长效机制的对策建议,并进行了可行性、必要性分析。
Investigation of health expenses in prisons in some provinces and cities in China.Result showed that all the prisons faced the problem of the escalating costs of health care,which restricted prisons development.After analyzing the influence factors,this paper proposed that prisoners should be accepted into the urban and rural basic health insurance system,and built the medical assure enduring effect mechanism and presented the detailed analysis of the necessity and possibility.
