摘要
针对反渗透或离子交换等工艺排出的高含量硝酸盐废水,提出了采用溶析结晶法去除NO3--N技术。研究了Ca^2+、无水乙醇含量以及两者结合对NO3--N去除率的影响,并探讨了其基本机理。结果表明,硝酸钠的质量浓度为20 g/L时(即NO3--N的质量浓度3.29 g/L),仅加入无水乙醇,NO3--N的去除率为0;若同时加入无水乙醇和氧化钙,去除率为11.53%,说明无水乙醇与Ca^2+结合对NO3--N的去除具有协同作用。而当硝酸钠的质量浓度为300 g/L(即NO3--N的质量浓度49.40 g/L),NO3--N的去除率可以达到63.90%,表明溶析结晶法对高含量硝酸盐废水处理有效。
In view of the high content nitrate wastewater discharged by reverse osmosis or ion exchange process, the solvent-out crystallization technique was proposed for NO3--N removal. The effect of Ca2+, absolute ethanol and the combination of the two on the removal rate of NO3--N was studied, and the basic mechanism was discussed. The results showed that when the mass concentration of sodium nitrate was 20 g/L(means mass concentration of NO3--N was 3.29 g/L), the removal rate of NO3--N was zero with the addition of absolute ethanol only, and 11.53% with the addition of absolute ethanol and calcium oxide at the same time, which indicated that the combination of absolute ethanol and Ca2+had synergistic effect on NO3--N removal. When the mass concentration of sodium nitrate was 300 g/L(means mass concentration of NO3--N was 49.40 g/L), the removal rate of NO3--N could reach 63.90%,which indicated that the solvent-out crystallization method was effective in high content nitrate wastewater treatment.
