火电厂防止锅炉水冷壁超温控制策略的应用

摘要 以某电厂350 MW超临界机组为研究对象,通过收集锅炉管壁超温点,分析锅炉管壁超温的相关重要因素,提出一种通过调整过热度设定来调整给水量和给煤量的锅炉水冷壁温度控制策略,并在锅炉易发生水冷壁超温的工况下进行试验。结果表明:该控制策略通过判断水冷壁温度值,超前调整锅炉给水量和给煤量,从而抑制和缓解了超温现象,且对机组负荷、主蒸汽压力等参数影响不大。 Taking a 350 MW supercritical unit of a power plant as the research object,through collecting the over temperature points of the boiler water pipe wall and analyzing the relevant important factors of over temperature of the boiler pipe wall,this paper puts forward a control strategy of the water wall temperature of the boiler by adjusting the setting of the superheat degree to adjust the water supply and the coal supply,and carries out the test under the condition that the boiler is prone to over temperature of the water wall.The results show that the control strategy can restrain and alleviate the over temperature phenomenon by judging the temperature of the water wall and adjusting the feed water and coal supply of the boiler,and has little effect on the unit parameters such as load and main steam pressure etc.
