摘要
山西省作为形意拳的发源之地,其竞技武术成绩在历年来的全国性武术竞赛之中一直占领着举足轻重的位置。而竞技武术套路后备人才培养的工作是竞技武术可持续发展的基石。本文采用文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法、实地调查法等研究方法对山西省竞技武术套路后备人才的培养工作进行了调查分析,在运动员层面进行专项研究,发现目前山西省竞技武术套路后备人才的培养依然属于“粗放型”的培养模式,主要这选拔、训练、思想文化学习、保障措施方面没有做到科学、合理、全面可持续。在此基础上结合山西的具体情况,对如何使我省竞技武术套路后被人才培养更加集约化提出对策与建议,为山西省的武术套路人才的梯队建设提供借鉴。
Shanxi Province,as the source of Xingyiquan,its competitive Wushu achievements have been occupying an important position in the national Wushu competition over the years.The cultivation of reserve talents of competitive Wushu routine is the cornerstone of sustainable development of competitive Wushu.By using the methods of literature,interview,mathematical statistics and field investigation,this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the cultivation of reserve talents of competitive Wushu routine in Shanxi Province,and makes a special study at the level of athletes.It is found that the cultivation of reserve talents still holds to the training mode of"extensive".Especially on selection,training and ideological and cultural training,safeguard measures have not been scientific,reasonable,comprehensive and sustainable carried out.On this basis,combined with the specific situation of Shanxi Province,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to make the competitive Wushu routine in our province more intensive with the cultivation of talents,and provides a reference for the echelon construction of Wushu routine talents in Shanxi Province.
