摘要
对复杂深井使用的不同生产厂家的S13Cr110和C110油/套管材料在20℃、100℃、150℃、200℃、250℃时的抗拉强度、屈服强度、断后伸长率和断面收缩率开展了室内试验研究,定义了管材强度下降率,探讨了不同钢级管材力学性能随温度升高变化的规律。同时考察了不同温度时由于管材屈服强度的变化对管柱设计的影响。试验研究的主要结论如下:在本试验条件下,不同生产厂家的管材的抗拉强度和屈服强度均随着温度升高而降低,而其断后伸长率和断面收缩率变化均不大。此外,随着试验温度升高,管材屈服强度下降值对温度升高更敏感,且屈服强度下降的幅度比抗拉强度高出了8%~10%。因此,对于井下高温(>150℃)的复杂深井,所使用的管材屈服强度就会降低,从而导致实际的管柱安全系数降低,故在进行复杂深井管柱设计时应使用管材高温屈服强度作为设计值。
The tensile strength,yield strength,elongation after fracture and area shrinkage of S13Cr110 and C110 casing and tubing materials from different manufacturers used in complex deep wells were tested at 20℃,100℃,150℃,200℃ and 250℃in laboratory.The decline rate of strength of tubulars is defined,and the law of the mechanical properties of different grade tubulars with the increase of temperature is discussed.At the same time,the influence of the yield strength of tubulars on the design of tubular strings at different temperatures was also investigated.The main conclusions are as follows:under the test conditions,both tensile strength and yield strength of tubulars from different manufacturers decrease with the increase of temperature,while the elongation and reduction of area after fracture do not change much.In addition,with the increase of test temperature,the decreasing value of yield strength is more sensitive to the increase of temperature,and the decreasing range of yield strength is 8%~10% higher than that of tensile strength.Therefore,for the complex deep wells with high temperature(>150℃),the yield strength of the tubulars will be reduced,resulting in the reduction of the actual safety coefficient of the tubular string.Therefore,the high temperature yield strength of tubulars should be used as the design value when designing the complex deep well strings.
