摘要
高职院校早教专业人才培养是一项系统的教育实践活动。常州纺院早教专业“政校企园”协同育人模式在人才培养方案的制定、混编教学团队的打造、实践教学的创新、人才评价体系的健全等方面深入开展实践探索,切实提高早教专业人才培养质量。
The early education personnel cultivation in higher vocational colleges is a systematic educational practice.In order to improve the quality of early education,the cooperative education mode of“Government School Enterprise Kindergarten”of early education specialty of Changzhou Vocational Institute of Textile and Garment has carried out in-depth practical exploration in the aspects of the formulation of talent training program,the creation of mixed teaching team,the innovation of practical teaching and the perfection of talent evaluation system.
