摘要
针对安徽某高硫含砷难选金矿石硫精矿含砷问题,结合现场生产工艺流程,以浮选硫进料为原矿试样,采用抑砷浮硫—浮选砷金精矿的工艺流程,试验室小型闭路试验获得了硫精矿硫品位42.56%,含砷0.42%,硫回收率89.42%;砷金精矿含砷18.34%,砷回收率80.09%,金品位12.65 g/t,金回收率59.56%的试验指标。
Aiming at the high arsenic content in the sulfur concentrate of a refractory gold ore with high sulfur and arsenic in Anhui Province,combined with the production process in situ,taking flotation sulfur feeding as raw ore sample,adopting the process of arsenic suppression sulfur flotation-flotation of arsenic-gold concentrate,the sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 42.56%,arsenic content was 0.42%,and sulfur recovery was 89.42%.The arsenic content of the arsenic-gold concentrate is 18.34%,the recovery rate of arsenic is 80.09%,the grade of gold is 12.65 g/t,and the recovery rate of gold is 59.56%.
