摘要
为了综合回收白象山铁尾矿中的钴,在矿石性质研究的基础上确定采用浮选工艺可回收尾矿中的钴。最终试验将选铁尾矿经旋流器预先脱泥后,以CMC为调整剂、MIBC为起泡剂、丁基黄药为捕收剂,采用1粗2精1扫的工艺流程,获得了精矿钴品位为0.4659%,钴回收率为54.41%的钴硫精矿;该工艺流程结构简单,选别指标较优,达到了尾矿中钴资源有效回收的目的。
In order to comprehensively recover the cobalt in Baixiangshan iron tailings,based on the study of ore properties,it was determined that cobalt in tailings can be recovered by flotation.In the final test,after the iron ore tailings were de-sludged in advance by cyclone,CMC was used as regulator,MIBC as foaming agent,and butyl xanthate as collector.The cobalt grade of the concentrate is 0.4659%,and the cobalt recovery rate is 54.41%of the cobalt-sulfur concentrate was obtained.The process is simple in structure and the beneficiation index is better,which achieves the purpose of effective recovery of cobalt resources in the tailings.
