摘要
采用社会网络分析、结构方程模型以及多层线性模型研究项目成员在友情网络、咨询网络及任务网络的中心性、社会权力及其影响力接受三者之间的结构关系,并分析了整体网络密度对成员网络中心性与影响力接受关系的跨层次调节作用。通过采集72个项目团队及335名团队成员问卷数据,使用UCINET6.0、SmartPLS3.0、HLM7.0等软件对数据进行整理和分析,并对模型进行测量和验证,得到以下结论:(1)项目成员在友情网络、咨询网络和任务网络中的中心性越高,越有利于其影响力被其他成员接受;(2)社会权力在成员的网络中心性与影响力接受作用关系中起中介作用;(3)不同类型网络整体密度对成员在网络的中心性与其影响力接受的跨层次调节作用存在差异,任务网络和友情网络整体密度调节作用显著,而咨询网络的整体密度调节作用不显著。研究结果揭示了项目组织成员的影响力接收水平与其所在网络结构位置和整体网络密度紧密相关,这对项目组织成员在不同情境下构建其有效影响力提供参考价值。
This paper studies the relationship model between centrality,social power and perceived influence of members in friendship network,consulation network and task network,and analyzes cross-level regulation of the overall density of organizational network structure on its relationship.Based on questionnaire data of 72 projects and 335 ream members,the model is measured and verified by using social network analysis,partial least squares structural equation model and multi-level linear model.The following empirical conclusions are obtained:(1)The greater the centrality of project member in friendship network,consultation network and task network,the more their influence will be accepted by other members.(2)Social power plays a complete mediating role in the relationship between the network centrality and the perceived influence of project members.(3)The overall density of the friendship network,the consultation network and the task network of the project organization differs in the centricity of each type of network and the cross-level adjustment of influence acceptance.The research results show the mechanism between influence formation of project members and the social network structure,which provides a reference for members to improve their influence in the project organization.
