摘要
目的探讨紫杉醇与顺铂联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的护理作用评价。方法选取84例2017年3月至2018年7月到本院就诊且已经确诊为非小细胞肺癌疾病的患者纳入本次研究,按照随机抽签法,将患者分为对照组以及研究组,对照组以及研究组人数分别为42例,给予对照组常规护理,给予研究组加强护理,以护理满意度以及住院时长来评估患者的临床护理效果。结果护理满意度评分以及住院时长,研究组护理满意度高于对照组,住院时长低于对照组,免疫功能高于对照组(P<0.05)各项数据差异具有统计学意义。结论非小细胞肺癌患者在进行紫杉醇与顺铂联合化疗治疗的过程中,护理人员运用加强护理,有效的促进患者疾病的好转,改善了护患关系,该护理方法是一个理想且值得推广的方法。
Objective To evaluate the nursing effect of paclitaxel and cisplatin combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Select 84 cases in March 2017 to July 2018 to the hospital to see a doctor and had been diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer disease patients in this study,according to the random draw method,divided the patients into control group and research group,control group and 42 cases respectively,and the Numbers of the team to give control group routine nursing care,to give the team to strengthen nursing,nursing satisfaction and hospitalization time to assess the clinical care of patients.Results The nursing satisfaction score and length of hospital stay in the study group were higher than that in the control group,lower than that in the control group,and higher than that in the immune function in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of paclitaxel and cisplatin combined with chemotherapy for patients with non-small cell lung cancer,the nursing staff can effectively promote the improvement of the patients′disease and improve the nurse-patient relationship.This nursing method is an ideal and worthy of promotion.
