摘要
纳米制剂表面经糖类化合物修饰后可实现肿瘤靶向给药,提高药物抗肿瘤作用。本文综述以不同类型糖类化合物为转运底物设计的纳米药物的肿瘤靶向作用研究,阐述糖配体修饰的纳米靶向剂型的优点。同时基于Warburing效应和葡萄糖转运体转运过程来研究糖配体修饰的纳米药物的抗肿瘤作用机制。糖配体修饰的纳米制剂有效控制或者利用葡萄糖转运体在Warburg效应中的作用,为设计更有效、更合理的抗肿瘤靶向药物提供理论依据。
The surface of nano preparation modified by carbohydrate compounds can achieve tumor targeted drug delivery and enhance the anti-tumor effect of drugs.In this paper,tumor targeting effects of nanocentric drugs designed with different types of sugar compounds as transport substrates are reviewed.Meanwhile,based on Warburing effect and glucose transport process,the anti-tumor mechanism of glycolide-modified nanodrugs is studied.The glucose-ligand modified nanomaterials can effectively control or utilize the role of glucose transporters in Warburg effect,providing theoretical basis for the design of more effective and reasonable anti-tumor targeted drugs.
