摘要
企业管理中的沟通有效性决定着企业的发展和目标的实现,约哈里之窗为研究企业管理沟通问题提供了良好的理论基础。本文借鉴约哈里之窗理论,将企业管理沟通分为开放区主导型的协商式沟通、盲区主导型的专断式沟通、未知区主导型的无为式沟通和隐蔽区主导型的探索式沟通四种类型,通过对这四种类型进行分析得出沟通主体和企业环境是影响企业管理沟通的主要因素,对此提出了共建沟通平台、扩大沟通区域、探索沟通渠道、改善沟通环境的对策,以提高企业管理沟通的质量和有效性。
Communication effectiveness in enterprise management has determined the development and the goal of the enterprise. And the Johari Window has offered the theoretical base for business management. The paper, using the Johari Window theory as the reference, has divided the enterprise management communication into four types including negotrative communication for open area leading, autonomous communication for blind hidden area leading, inaction communication for unknown area leading and exploriatory communication for hiddern area leading.The four types have showed that the communication subject and enterprise environment are the main reasons affecting the enterprise management. Therefore, improving the enterprise management communication depends on co-construction of communication platform;expanding communication areas, exploring communication channels and improving communication environment.
