摘要
目的:探讨延续护理联合健康教育对难治性癫痫患者的应用效果及社会功能影响。方法:2016年1月-2018年1月收治难治性癫痫患者96例,随机分为两组各48例。对照组开展常规护理服务,观察组开展延续护理联合健康教育服务。观察两组出院后癫痫发作情况、遵医行为、心理状态及社会功能变化。结果:两组出院后6个月癫痫发作率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组出院1年癫痫发作率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出院6个月、出院1年遵医行为各指标水平均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组出院1个月焦虑、抑郁及社会功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组出院6个月和出院1年焦虑、抑郁及社会功能评分逐渐降低,且显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:出院后开展延续护理联合健康教育有利于促使难治性癫痫患者严格遵从医嘱维持健康生活状态和积极心理状态,确保减少癫痫发作情况,尤其可改善其社会功能和生活质量。
Objective:To explore the application effect of continuous nursing combined with health education on patients with intractable epilepsy and its influence on social functions.Methods:From January 2016 to January 2018,96 patients with intractable epilepsy were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 48 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing services,the observation group was given continuous nursing combined with health education services.We compared the epileptic seizure,compliance behavior,mental state and social function changes between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in seizure rate at 6 months after discharge between the two groups(P>0.05).The seizure rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group at one year after discharge,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,each index level of compliance behavior of 6 months and 1 year after discharge was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in anxiety,depression and social function at one month after discharge between the two groups(P>0.05).In the observation group,the scores of anxiety,depression and social function decreased gradually at 6 months and 1 year after discharge,and it was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After discharge,carrying out continuous nursing combined with health education is conducive to promoting patients with intractable epilepsy to strictly follow the doctor's advice to maintain a healthy living state and positive psychological state,to ensure the reduction of seizures,especially to improve their social functions and quality of life.
