摘要
共享发展要求人人参与发展过程、人人享有发展成果,是社会主义公平正义和发展效率的统一。实现共享发展,首要解决的是分配问题,分配理论是马克思主义经济学的重要组成部分。依照从一般到特殊的思想逻辑,分配关系实质是由生产关系所决定的,在资本主义条件下是资本统驭分配,在社会主义条件下是按劳分配。从马克思分配理论视角来看,共享发展理念的主体是全民共享,内容是全面共享,方式是共建共享,过程是渐进共享。通过注重初次分配效率和起点公平以及再次分配效率和结果公平的途径可以推进共享发展,只有坚持马克思主义分配理论才能保证当前共享发展的合理性和长远性。
Shared development requires everyone to participate in the development process and enjoy the development results, which is the unity of socialist fairness, justice and development efficiency. To realize the shared development, we must solve the problem of distribution, an important part of Marxist economics. According to the ideological logic from the general to the special, the main contents of Marxist economic distribution theory are sorted out and summarized in the paper. From the perspective of Marxist distribution theory, we examine the basic connotation and realization way of the concept of shared development from four aspects: each and everyone sharing, comprehensive sharing, co-construction sharing and gradual sharing, for the four aspects reflect that the concept of shared development is the inheritance and development of the distribution theory of Marxist economics. Our aim is to provide theoretical support and inspiration for promoting the shared development and the reform of China’s distribution system.
