摘要
目的:了解高安市Rh阴性孕产妇围产保健期的输血与护理情况,探讨围产保健期预约备血在解除Rh阴性产妇分娩过程恐惧和焦虑的作用。方法:回顾性调查分析2012年1月至2018年12月高安市预约备血的41例Rh阴性孕产妇分娩资料。结果:Rh阴性血型孕产妇围产保健期ABO和Rh(D)血型检查率100%,提前预约率100%,预约成功率100%,平均预约量2.06个单位,孕妇恐惧和焦虑解除率100%;分娩过程或分娩后平均输血率29.27%,平均输血量1.96个单位,预约血使用率27.81%,输血不良反应率0。结论:Rh阴性血型孕产妇在围产保健期进行预约备血完全可行且非常有必要,可以解除Rh阴性血型孕产妇分娩过程中的恐惧和焦虑,进而有利于保障母儿身心健康。
Objective:To understand the blood transfusion and nursing status of Rh-negative maternal women in perinatal period in Gao’an,and probe into the beneficial effects for Rh-negative women to make an appointment during the perinatal care period on blood preparation andreservation so that to relieve the fear and anxiety during childbirth.Method:a retrospective survey was conducted to analyze 41 cases of Rh-negative maternal delivery data from January 2012 to December 2018 in Gao’an.Result:Rh-negative maternal women were fully examined on ABO and Rh(D)blood group test,and 100% of them had made blood appointment on blood reservation and successfully booked.Average reservation and appointment amounts of 2.06 units.The relief rate of fear and anxiety in pregnant women was 100%.The average blood transfusion rate during delivery or after delivery was 29.27%.And the average blood transfusion volume was 1.96 units.From the reserved blood,27.81% was actually used withzero adverse reaction rate of transfusion.Conclusion:It is critically necessary for Rh-negative blood type maternal women to make blood appointment and reservation during theperinatal periods.It can relieve the fear and anxiety during the delivery,which is beneficial to both mothers and children’s health.
