摘要
目的总结并归纳护理绩效层级管理在妇产科中的应用价值。方法该文采取回归性分析的研究方式,回顾2017年2月该院采取护理绩效层级管理前后妇产科护士的护理水平及患者对护理服务的满意度。选取妇产科40名护士为研究对象,按照时间先后分为对照组和观察组,各20名。对照组选自2016年10月—2017年2月期间,采取常规护理管理。观察组选自2017年2—5月,采取护理绩效层级管理。比较两组护理质量评分及患者对护理服务的满意度评分。结果采取护理绩效层级管理后的观察组护理质量评分及患者对护理服务的满意度评分均远高于对照组,组间数据经统计软件检验展示出的结局,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取护理绩效层级管理有助于提高妇产科护士的护理质量,降低护理不良事件的发生风险,提高患者满意度,降低医患纠纷,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To summarize and collect the application value of nursing performance level management in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods This paper adopts the research method of regression analysis,and reviews the nursing level of gynaecology and obstetric nurses and the satisfaction of patients with nursing services before and after the nursing performance level management in our hospital in February 2017.40 nurses from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology were selected as subjects,and they were divided into 20 groups in the control group and the observation group according to the time.The control group was selected from October 2016 to February 2017 for routine care management.The observation group was selected from February to May 2017 and was managed at the level of nursing performance.The two groups of nursing quality scores and the patient satisfaction scores for nursing services were compared.Results The nursing quality scores of the observation group after nursing performance level management and the satisfaction scores of patients'nursing services were much higher than those of the control group.The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of nursing performance level management can improve the quality of nursing of obstetrics and gynecology nurses,reduce the risk of adverse events,improve patient satisfaction,reduce doctor-patient disputes,and is worthy of clinical application.
