摘要
文章基于“中国制造2025”的战略背景下,以体育用品制造业为研究对象,首先对体育用品制造业核心竞争力的含义进行界定及其影响因素分析,构建体育用品制造业核心竞争力评价指标体系。将体育用品制造业核心竞争力分为基本能力、关键能力及核心能力三个指标,通过问卷调查等方法收集数据,运用DEMATEL模型以及EXCEL软件对指标之间的相互影响关系进行分析。通过实证分析认为,技术创新能力是影响体育用品制造业核心竞争力的主要因素,但也应注重体育用品质量以及品牌的发展。并由此提出了以严谨的工匠精神提高体育用品质量、将知识产权转化为生产力和注重品牌文化建设的建议,旨在解决体育用品制造业升级转型过程中出现的问题,并最终提升国际竞争力。
Based on the strategic background of“Made in China 2025”,the paper takes the sporting goods manufacturing industry as the research object.Firstly,it defines the connotation of the core competitiveness of sporting goods manufacturing industry and its influential factors,and constructs the evaluation index system of the core competitiveness of sporting goods manufacturing industry.In this paper,the core competencies of sporting goods manufacturing industry are divided into three indexes:basic ability,key ability and core competence.Data are collected through questionnaire survey.The relationship between indicators is analyzed by using DEMATEL model and EXCEL software.The empirical analysis shows that the ability of technological innovation is the main factor that affects the core competitiveness of the sporting goods manufacturing industry.In addition,the sporting goods manufacturers should pay attention to the quality of sporting goods and the development of the brand.Therefore,it puts forward the suggestion of improving the quality of sporting goods with rigorous craftsmanship,transforming intellectual property into productive forces and focusing on the building of brand culture,aiming to solve the problems that arise in the upgrading and transformation of sports goods manufacturing,and enhance the ability of international competition.
