摘要
目的:探讨妇科腹腔镜手术患者应用优质护理服务的效果及对焦虑抑郁情绪和术后疼痛的影响。方法:选取2018年4月-2019年4月在笔者所在医院行妇科腹腔镜手术的84例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组和常规组,每组42例。常规组给予基础护理,试验组给予优质护理。比较两组术后恢复情况及焦虑、抑郁、疼痛评分。结果:试验组肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均早于常规组,住院时间短于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组SDS评分、SAS评分、术后不同时间VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇科腹腔镜手术中优质护理有着良好的应用效果,不仅能促进术后恢复,还有助于改善患者焦虑抑郁情绪,减轻术后疼痛,值得大力推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of high quality nursing services on patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery and its influence on anxiety,depression and postoperative pain.Method:Eighty-four patients who underwent gynecologic laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the conventional group,with 42 cases in each group.The conventional group was given basic nursing,while the experimental group was given high quality nursing.Postoperative recovery,anxiety,depression and pain scores were compared between the two groups.Result:The time of anal exhaust,the time of getting out of bed,and the recovery time of bowel sounds were all earlier than the conventional group,and the length of hospitalization was shorter than the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).SDS score,SAS score and VAS score at different postoperative time in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing in gynecological laparoscopic surgery has a good application effect,not only can promote postoperative recovery,but also help to improve patients’anxiety and depression mood,reduce postoperative pain,and it is worth promoting.
