摘要
类风湿关节炎是以对称性外周多关节炎为主要表现的慢性炎症性疾病。目前西医治疗主要依靠激素和免疫抑制剂,但不良反应较多。中医治疗在辨证论治的理论指导下,对缓解临床症状、延缓临床进展具有多靶点、个体化、不良反应少等优势。文章总结周学平教授治疗RA阴虚络热证的临证经验,周学平教授认为RA临床常见病情反复发作,证候虚实错杂,阴虚与经络蓄热并见,其病机多为肝肾阴虚、经络蓄热,治疗以养阴清络通痹法多能获益。
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a chronic inflammatory disease characterized by symmetrical peripheral polyarthritis.At present,Western medicine mainly relies on hormones and immunosuppressive agents,but there are many adverse reactions.Under the guidance of the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment,traditional Chinese medicine treatment has the advantages of multiple targets,individualization,and fewer adverse reactions to alleviate clinical symptoms and delay clinical progress.The article summarizes the experience of Professor Zhou Xueping in the treatment of RA Yin-deficiency-and-Luo-heat syndrome.Professor Zhou Xueping believes that the common clinical conditions of RA are recurrent,syndromes are complicated and complicated,Yin-deficiency-and-Luo-heat storage are common,and the pathogenesis is mostly liver and kidney yin deficiency,meridian heat,treatment with Nourish-Yin-Clear-Luo-dredge-meridian method can benefit more.
