摘要
为了更清楚地了解广东省农民精神文化生活现状,帮助农民更好地提高精神文化生活品质,课题组通过对部分村民、基层文体工作人员和区镇村三级文体活动负责人进行发放问卷和个别访谈等形式,实地考察了金湾区农村文化消费状况,了解和掌握了农村文化消费基本情况及存在问题。通过对存在问题的原因分析,选择完善文化服务管理体制,做好文化培育工作,加大文化服务提供的保障力度和培育开拓农村文化市场,实施多元文化供给等路径化解农村文化消费中存在问题,提高农民文化生活品质,促进农村基础建设和社会稳定。
In order to better understand the current situation of farmers’spiritual and cultural life in Guangdong province and help them better improve the quality of their spiritual and cultural life,the research group distributed questionnaires and individual visits to some villagers,grass-roots cultural and sports staff,and leaders of three-level cultural and sports activities in towns and villages.The paper made a field survey of the cultural consumption situation in rural areas in Jinwan District,and understood and mastered the basic situation and existing problems of rural cultural consumption.Through the analysis of the reasons to the problems,we have chosen to improve the management system of cultural services,to do a good job in the cultivation of cultural.We will foster and develop rural cultural markets and implement a multicultural supply and increase the supply of effective cultural services to resolve the existing problems in rural cultural consumption,and improve the quality of farmers’cultural life.We will promote rural infrastructure and social stability.
