卡车油液冷却系统优化改造

摘要 为减少冷却系统经常出现高温故障与高温对设备部件造成的损坏现象,对卡车油液冷却系统进行了改造,改造中新增了几个部件用于实现冷却方式转换。根据故障发生原因提出了新型的冷却方式为卡车油液进行散热,冷却方式由风扇气流冷却改造为油冷器利用发动机冷却液进行散热。结果表明改造后的油液冷却系统故障频率骤降,散热效率增高,卡车运行更加高效。 In order to reduce the frequent occurrence of high temperature faults and high temperature damage to equipment components in the cooling system, the truck oil cooling system was modified, and several components were added to realize the cooling mode conversion. According to the cause of the failure, a new cooling method is proposed for the truck oil to dissipate heat. The cooling method is modified by the fan airflow cooling to the oil cooler to dissipate heat by using the engine coolant. The results show that the frequency of the oil cooling system after the transformation is suddenly reduced, the heat dissipation efficiency is increased, and the truck operation is more efficient.
