摘要
通过对几种铵油类工业炸药的特性分析,结合在国能集团神华准能公司露天矿炸药的使用情况,及应用条件和发现的问题,提出结合氧平衡原则改变配方、炸药品种和装药结构等改进措施,来提高爆破效果,降低生产成本,并在黑岱沟露天煤矿实践使用。结果表明在一定范围结合现场情况进行炸药性能改进,以及不同炸药品种、装药形式配合使用,对露天爆破效果有明显提高,可以实现合理利用炸药爆破能,产生更好爆破效果。
The characteristics of several ammonium oil industrial explosives are analyzed, this paper introduces the application situation, application conditions and problems of the explosive in the open-pit mine of Shenhua Zhuanneng company, China group,and puts forward some measures to improve the blasting effect and reduce the production cost by changing the formula, explosive varieties and charging structure with the oxygen balance principle.Through the practice of heidaigou open-pit coal mine, the results show that the improvement of the performance of explosives in a certain range combined with the site conditions, as well as the cooperation of different types of explosives and charging forms, can obviously improve the effect of open-pit blasting, and can realize the rational use of explosive blasting energy and produce better blasting effect.
