摘要
针对3.6 Mt/a加氢裂化装置加热炉热管空气预热器存在露点腐蚀和效率低的问题,提出采用水热媒技术的解决方案。实际改造过程中,为降低投资成本并满足除氧水系统压力的要求,采用了扰流子水热媒组合式空气预热器。改造完成后,烟气外排温度从改造前的175℃降至140℃;热空气温度从改造前的80℃升至120℃;热效率较改造前提高了2个百分点;节约燃料费用230万元/a、节约蒸汽费用966万元/a。该技术的成功应用,解决了热管空气预热器存在的露点腐蚀和效率低的问题,保证装置长周期高效运行。
Aiming at dew point corrosion and low efficiency problems existing in the heat tube air preheater of the furnace in 3.6 Mt/a hydrocracking unit, the solution of adopting water and heat medium technology was put forward. In order to reduce the investment and meet the pressure requirement of the deaeration water system, the combined air preheater with turbulator water and heat medium was adopted in the actual reform. After the reform, efflux temperature of the smoke was decreased from 175 ℃ to 140 ℃, temperature of the thermal air was increased from 80 ℃ to 120 ℃, the thermal efficiency was raised by 2%, the fuel cost was saved by 2 300 thousand yuan and the steam cost was saved by 9 660 thousand yuan annually. The aforementioned dew point corrosion and low efficiency problems were solved by successful application of the water and heat medium technology, long term and high efficiency operation of the unit was ensured.
