摘要
本文针对海上油田核能利用,在分析海上油田井喷事故的风险源项、风险特点、风险转换形式的基础上,对油田井喷事故及引发的伴生、次生和衍生风险及其对海上浮动核电站的影响进行探讨,对包括井喷引发的喷射燃烧和溢油燃烧、井喷形成的爆燃蒸气云的飘移和爆炸、井喷溢油引发的海水污染、井喷引发的有毒危险气云以及燃烧溢油形成的移动火源的影响等问题,进行了相应的安全风险分析,对开展海上油田井喷事故对周边浮动核电站的安全影响进行风险分析,并提供相应的技术参考。
For the use of nuclear energy in offshore oilfields,based on the comprehensive analysis of the risk sources,risk characteristics and risk conversion form of blowout accidents of offshore oilfields in marine environment,the effects of blowout accidents in offshore oilfields and their associated,secondary and derivative risks on offshore floating nuclear power plants are analyzed,including the effects of jet combustion and oil spill combustion caused by blowout,drift and explosion of deflagration vapor cloud formed by blowout,pollution of sea water caused by blowout oil spill,toxic and dangerous gas cloud caused by blowout,and mobile fire source formed by burning oil spill on floating nuclear power plant at sea.The corresponding safety risk analysis technology scheme is put forward,which can provide good reference for risk analysis of safety impact of blowout accident in offshore oil field on around floating nuclear power plant.
