摘要
氧化辞电压限制型低压配电电涌保护器在电力、通信、铁道、工民建等行业广泛使用,由其造成的火灾事故和雷电防护失效越来越引起行业关注。依据已送审的新标准GB/T 18802.11-20xx,制定了低压电涌保护器动作负栽试验流程,在电涌保护器最大持续工作电压下施加拟定被保护负栽的功率,安装工频电流/电压的正弦波设定的角度下实施模拟雷电流冲击实验,观察电涌保护器的各种系统工作状态。通过分析试验数据,得出国内市场的低压电涌保护器在动作负栽下存在脱扣、飞弧爬电、着火等现象,应进行新标准下的质量改进和提高,保证设备安全。
Zinc oxide voltage limited low-voltage distribution surge protectors are widely used in power,communication,railway,civil engineering and other industries,and more and more attention has been paid to the fire accidents and lightning protection failures caused by the surge protectors.Based on the new standard GB/T 18802.11-20xx which has been submitted for approval,the operation load test process of the surge protector is formulated.The power of the proposed protected load is applied under the maximum continuous working voltage of the surge protector,and the simulated lightning current impact test is carried out under the angle of setting the sine wave of the power frequency current/voltage.The working states of various systems of the surge protector are observed.By analyzing of test data,it is concluded that the low-voltage surge protector in the domestic market has the phenomena of tripping,arc creepage and fire under the action load.The quality improvement and enhancement under the new standard should be carried out to ensure the safety of the device.
