摘要
厂区与住宅小区竣工测量包括对建筑物的地上和地下工程进行测量,为建筑物的验收工作提供有效的依据。目前城市建筑物竣工测量只对建筑物主体及地表地物要素进行竣工测量,由于技术手段原因,未对地下管线准确空间信息及属性信息进行探测,基于科学技术条件的发展,为加强工程竣工图的完善性,需在工程测量过程中推进地下管线探测工作,实现工程竣工的全要素测量,绘制带有管线数据的竣工图,运用数据库技术,提交带有完整管线信息数据的竣工图及数据库,并将该项工作在城镇化的建设进程中推广与应用。
Completion surveys of factories and residential districts include surveys of ground and underground works of buildings,which provide an effective basis for acceptance of buildings.At present,the completion survey of urban buildings only surveys the main body of buildings and the elements of sur face features.Due to technical reasons,the accurate spatial information and attribute information of underground pipelines are not detected.Based on the development of scientific and technological conditions,in order to strengthen the perfection of the completion map of projects,it is necessary to advance in the process of Engineering survey.The work of pipeline detection is to realize the measurement of all elements of project completion,to draw the completion map with pipeline data,to submit the completion map and database with complete pipeline information data by using database technology,and to popularize and apply this work in the process of urbanization construction.
