摘要
目的:研究中药桑菊饮合止咳散加减联合西药阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染的效果。方法:于本院2018年8月~2019年7月收治的肺炎支原体感染患儿中选出88例为对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在此基础上给予中药桑菊饮合止咳散加减。结果:观察组的退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺啰音消失时间均短于对照组,P<0.001。结论:中药桑菊饮合止咳散加减联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染疗效确切,促进咳嗽症状缓解,早日康复。
Objective:To study the effect of sangjuyin combined with zhike powder plus or minus combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.Methods:88 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the observation group was treated with sangju decoction and zhike powder.Results:The time of reducing fever,disappearance time of cough and disappearance time of lung rhones were shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Sangju decoction combined with zhike powder plus or minus combined with azithromycin is effective in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.
