关于高职院校烹饪专业学生职业体能教学的探索

摘要 随着国家职业教育理念的发展,深化产教融合、校企合作,培养高素质技术技能人才成为高职院校发展的方向。烹饪专业学生不仅需要掌握专业技能、拥有良好的职业道德素养,还要有能够支撑专业技能的健康身体和强健体魄,懂得职业病的干预和预防手段。根据烹饪专业职业体能要求特点,从高职院校烹饪专业的学情分析、课程体系的构建和学生学习模式等几个方面,探讨烹饪专业职业体能教学。 With the development of the national vocational education concept,deepening the integration of production and education,cooperation between schools and enterprises,and training high-quality technical and skilled talents have become the development direction of higher vocational colleges.The students in cooking specialty not only need to master professional skills and have good professional ethics,but also have a healthy body and a strong body that can support their professional skills.They should know the means of occupational disease intervention and prevention.According to the characteristics of professional physical fitness in cooking specialty,this paper discusses the professional physical fitness teaching of cooking specialty from several aspects,such as the student analysis,construction of curriculum system and students’learning mode in higher vocational colleges.
