摘要
呼吸系统疾病是严重威胁人类生命的常见病、多发病。中药注射剂是指在中医理论指导下,采用现代科学技术与方法,从中药、天然药物的单方或复方中提取有效物质制成的可供注入人体灭菌制剂。由于中药注射剂成分相对复杂,制备工艺相不完善、临床应用不合理等诸多原因导致其临床不良反应日益增加。对于中药注射剂的成分、药理作用、有效性、安全性等问题需要进行全面综合评价。本文将中药注射剂在呼吸系统的临床应用进行评价和分析。
Respiratory diseases are common diseases which seriously threatens human life.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a history of more than 2000 years in treating cancer.The classic prescription used by ancient doctors to treat tumor has been inherited and applied till now.TCM has a certain effect on suppressing tumor growth and improving clinical symptoms.TCM injections are sterilization preparations which extracted from TCM or natural medicine prescriptions by modern technologies under the guidance of TCM theory.The complex component,imperfect preparation technology and unreasonable clinical use of TCM injections leads to increasing adverse drug reactions.Component analysis,pharmacology,effectiveness and safety of TCM injections requires new research methods and technologies,therefore,to evaluate comprehensively.In this article,We analyzed and discussed the evaluation contents and methods of TCM injections in respiratory diseases.
