摘要
以山东地方品种兖州干辣椒和日本三樱椒种子为材料,采用不同剂量60Co-γ射线辐射种子,研究辐射对辣椒种子发芽率、发芽指数和成苗率的影响,并通过回归分析,计算半致死剂量,为通过辐射诱变创制辣椒种质资源、改良地方品种提供技术依据。结果表明,两个辣椒品种的辐射效应不完全相同,日本三樱椒对辐射较敏感。随着辐射剂量的增加,兖州干辣椒各处理的发芽率均比对照显著增加,但处理间差异不显著,日本三樱椒的发芽率则表现为先降后升再降的趋势;高辐射剂量对两个品种的发芽指数和成苗率有显著的抑制作用。通过对成苗率的回归分析可以计算,兖州干辣椒的半致死剂量LD50=360Gy,日本枥木三樱椒的半致死剂量LD50=337Gy。
In order to provide technical evidences for innovation of pepper germplasm and genetic improvement of pepper landraces,seeds of local pepper variety Yanzhou and Japanese pepper variety Sanying were irradiated with different doses of 60Co-γ.The effects of radiation on the germination rate,germination index,and health seedling rate were investigated.The semi-lethal dose was calculated using regression analysis.The results showed that the effects of radiation on the two pepper varieties were different,and Sanying was more sensitive to radiation compared with Yanzhou.With the increase of radiation dose,the germination rates of Yanzhou pepper were significantly higher than that of the control.However,no significant differences of germination rates were observed between the radiation treatments.The germination rates of Sanying pepper exhibited a down-updown pattern under different radiation doses compared with its respective controls.High radiation dose showed significant inhibitory effects on germination indexes and heath seedling rates for both varieties.Regression analysis of health seedling rates showed the semi-lethal dose of Yanzhou and Sanying were LD50=360Gy and LD50=337Gy,respectively.
