摘要
液氣管道使用的压力表发生表头断裂事故为确认事故原因,从宏观形貌、化学成分、腐蚀产物、金相组织等方面对裂纹及断面进行分析。结果表明,压力表表座法兰断裂为氯离子应力腐蚀断裂_端面不平整、压紧力过度或不足会导致垫片密封失效,液氯微量泄漏,累积在表座法兰密封处在应力作用下,产生应力腐蚀断裂。为防止类似失效事故发生,提出了处理措施,并取得良好效果。
The pressure gauge used in the liquid chlorine pipeline had a head breakage accident. In order to confirm the cause of the accident, cracks and sections were analyzed from the aspects of macroscopic morphology, chemical composition, corrosion products, and metallurgical stiucture. The results show that the flange of the pressure gauge seat is broken by stress corrosion fracture of the chloride ion. Uneven surface, excessive or insufficient packing force will cause the gasket seal to fail, and the liquid chlorine will leak slightly and accumulate in the flange of the gauge stand. Stress corrosion cracking occurs under the action of the stress. In order to prevent similar failure accidents, measures had been proposed and achieved good results.
