摘要
介绍了大型钢锭模材质的选用,分析了大型钢锭模的失效过程,以及影响大型钢锭模使用寿命的因素。针对大型钢锭模的失效问题,制定了原因分析方案,进行了化学成分和金相组织分析,确认龟裂处和纵裂纹处碳、锰、硅元素含量较原始组织明显下降,片状石墨周围氧化严重,基体组织中珠光体几乎被全部分解。
The selection of large steel ingot mold materials was introduced,and the failure process of the large steel ingot mold and the factors affecting the service life of the large steel ingot mold were analyzed.Aiming at the failure of the large steel ingot mold,a case study scheme was developed,and chemical composition and metallurgical structure were analyzed.It is confirmed that the content of carbon,manganese and silicon in the crack and longitudinal crack is significantly lower than that in the original structure,and the oxidation around the flake graphite is serious,and the medium pearlite in the matrix structure is almost decomposed completely.
