摘要
为探究植物生长调节剂玉黄金对玉米茎秆和产量等性状的影响,选择玉米品种巡天969为试验材料,设置6.0万、7.5万、9.0万和10.5万株/hm2共4个种植密度,以清水处理为对照,分析苗期喷施玉黄金对玉米抗倒伏性和产量构成因素的影响,明确植物生长调节剂玉黄金增强玉米抗倒伏能力的机制。结果表明:随着种植密度的增加,无论是清水处理还是玉黄金处理,巡天969的株高均呈先升高后降低的变化,穗位高和穗高系数均逐渐升高;玉米茎秆穿刺强度随着节间的上升均逐渐下降,而每个密度下第2~6节间的茎秆穿刺强度均呈下降趋势;倒伏率均呈上升趋势,穗行数呈先增加后降低趋势,而行粒数、穗粒数和百粒重均呈现下降趋势。与清水处理相比,玉黄金处理的玉米株高、穗位高和穗高系数均有所降低;不同密度下巡天969的茎秆穿刺强度均显著增加,且随着密度的增加茎秆穿刺强度均呈下降趋势;各密度下的倒伏率均有所降低,平均倒伏率显著降低。种植密度由6.0万增加到10.5万株/hm2,玉黄金处理下巡天969的理论产量分别较同密度清水处理提高了3.8%、6.8%、0.9%和1.3%,其中在密度为7.5万株/hm2时达最高值14689.0 kg/hm2。
In order to study the effect of 30%diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate·ethephon AS(Yuhuangjin)on the characters of maize stalk and yield,Xuntian 969 was selected as the test material and the lodging resistance and yield components were studeied after spraying Yuhuangjin under different planting densities(6.0×104,7.5×104,9.0×104 and 10.5×104 plants/hm2)at seedling stage with spraying water as control,to clarify the mechanism of plant growth regulator Yuhuangjin to enhance lodging resistance of maize.The results showed that the plant height increased firstly and then decreased,while the ear height and ear height coefficient increased gradually with the increasing of density.The rind penetrometer resistance of maize stalk decreased gradually with the increasing of internodes,but that of the second to sixth internodes decreased in each density.The lodging rate showed an upward trend,the ear row number increased firstly and then decreased,while the ear number and 100-kernel weight showed a downward trend.Compared with the control,the plant height,ear height and ear height coefficient decreased with spraying Yuhuangjin,the rind penetrometer resistance increased significantly under different densities,which decreased with the increasing of density,the lodging rate was lower under each density,and the average lodging rate was significantly lower,the theoretical yield increased by 3.8%,6.8%,0.9%and 1.3%,respectively under different densities,and which reached the highest value of 14689.0 kg/hm2 when the density was 7.5×104 plants/hm2.
