摘要
目的:探讨体外冲击波联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射对膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗作用。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年5月-2019年3月接收的膝关节骨性关节炎患者96例,按随机双盲法分组,常规组48例行玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗,干预组48例行体外冲击波联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:干预组总有效率明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:体外冲击波联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射对膝关节骨性关节炎具有积极的治疗作用,能及时缓解、消除炎症反应,有效提高患者膝关节功能,减轻关节疼痛。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of extracorporeal shock wave combined with Sodium Hyaluronate intra-articular injection on osteoarthritis of knee joint.Method:A total of 96 patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint received in our hospital from May 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to a randomized double-blind method,48 patients in the conventional group were treated with Sodium Hyaluronate intra-articular injection,and 48 patients in the intervention group were treated with extracorporeal shock wave combined with Sodium Hyaluronate intra-articular injection.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Result:The total effective rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Extracorporeal shock wave combined with Sodium Hyaluronate intra-articular injection has a positive therapeutic effect on osteoarthritis of knee joint.It can alleviate and eliminate inflammation in time.And it can effectively improve knee function and relieve joint pain.
