摘要
目的:分析在急性胆囊炎患者围术期护理中采取综合护理模式的效果及对并发症的影响。方法:选取2018年2月-2019年1月笔者所在医院76例急性胆囊炎行手术治疗患者开展本次研究。通过随机数字表法分组,分为参照组和研究组,各38例。参照组围术期给予常规护理,研究组围术期给予综合护理,对比两组术后恢复指标及并发症发生率。结果:研究组术后首次下床活动时间、肛门排气时间和住院时间均早于参照组(P<0.05);研究组术后1周内并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:在急性胆囊炎患者围术期应用综合护理模式,能够有效缩短术后首次下床活动时间、肛门排气时间和住院时间,减少并发症,促进患者更快康复,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing mode in perioperative nursing of patients with acute cholecystitis and its influence on complications.Method:A total of 76 patients with acute cholecystitis who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 were selected for this study.All patients were divided into the control group and the research group by random number table method,38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing during the perioperative period,while the research group was given comprehensive nursing during the perioperative period.The recovery indexes and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The first time of getting out of bed,anal exhaust time and hospitalization time in the research group were earlier than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the research group within 1 week after surgery was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with acute cholecystitis,the application of comprehensive nursing mode during perioperative period can effectively shorten the first time of getting out of bed,anal exhaust time and hospitalization time,reduce complications,and promote faster recovery of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
