摘要
目的探讨恩替卡韦对肺结核合并乙肝病毒感染患者治疗的影响。方法选择2018年2月—2019年2月在本院诊疗的64例肺结核合并乙肝病毒感染患者作为研究对象,并采取随机分组的方式将其平均划分为观察组及对照组,各32例。对照组实施常规抗结核治疗,观察组在此基础上使用恩替卡韦进行治疗,对两组治疗后转归情况、HBV DNA水平以及肝功能指标进行对比。结果观察组的的终止治疗率、部分停药率以及肝衰竭发生率、HBV DNA水平、AST水平以及ALT水平均优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论肺结核合并乙肝病毒感染患者在治疗过程中采取恩替卡韦治疗能够改善患者的治疗结果,并能够使患者肝损伤风险降低,其治疗效果良好。
Objective To investigate the effect of entecavir on the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis with hepatitis B virus infection.Methods From February 2018 to February 2019,64 patients with tuberculosis and hepatitis B virus infection in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,32 cases in each group.The control group received routine anti-tuberculosis treatment,while the observation group received entecavir treatment on the basis of routine anti-tuberculosis treatment.The prognosis,HBV DNA level and liver function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The termination rate,partial withdrawal rate,incidence of hepatic failure,HBV DNA level,AST level and ALT level of the observation group were better than those of the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Entecavir treatment can improve the treatment outcome of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with hepatitis B virus infection and reduce the risk of liver injury.The treatment effect is good and worth popularizing.
