摘要
目的对“订单式”人才培养模式下护理大专毕业生入职后综合能力进行评价,探讨“订单式”毕业实习模式的近期效应,为进一步完善订单式护生培养模式提供依据和建议。方法某院自2012年起陆续与上海市4所护理高职院校合作开展护生毕业实习的订单式人才培养模式,至今已培养5批共262名职工。本研究以该262名职工为实验组,以同期在某院实习,并入职的非订单式人才培养的职工为对照组,评价分析该模式运行一年后的成效。结果“订单式”培养的职工在入职第一年后的评价中,理论成绩、操作成绩和临床表现评价均高于普通职工;尤其是在操作和临床表现方面,订单式职工的成绩显著高于普通职工,且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论订单式培养模式有效地促进学生临床能力的全面提升,实现护生与护理工作岗位的“无缝隙对接”,用人单位应进一步在方案修订、毕业后的人才培养和使用机制方面进一步完善,以使其效应最大化。
Objective To evaluate comprehensive ability of graduates and the short-term effect of orderform internship program,so as to provide basis and suggestions for improvement of order-form training mode.Methods Since 2012,our hospital has cooperated with three colleges in Shanghai to develop an order-form nursing student training program.The cooperation model has been revised and improved from the multi-dimensional aspects of enrollment,planning,assessment and motivation.Up to now,four training programs have been developed including 262 students totally.Results The comprehensive theoretical,operational and clinical performance evaluation of“order-form”trained employees after the first year of employment was superior to that of the general staff.Among them,the operational performance and clinical performance evaluation were significantly higher than average workers,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Order-form internship program effectively promotes the comprehensive improvement of clinical ability of students and realizes“seamless docking”between nursing students and nursing jobs.The employer should further improve the program revision and post-graduation training and use mechanism to maximize its effect.
