摘要
目的:探讨门诊药房建立智慧化药房系统在提高药事服务质量中的应用。方法:介绍我院门诊药房智慧化建设的情况,及门诊药房工作模式的变化,并将我院2017年7月至2019年3月自动发药机应用前后以及智慧化药房系统建立后,共三个时间段的门诊药事服务数据按时间段分为对照组、观察组Ⅰ、观察组Ⅱ,比较三组的药品调剂内差率、单位时间内发放处方数等指标。结果:对照组、观察组Ⅰ、观察组Ⅱ调剂内差率分别为1.33%、0.70%、0.18%,3组比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.05);对照组、观察组Ⅰ、观察组Ⅱ单位时间内发药量分别为(287.87±12.8)张/h、(302.42±13.9)张/h和(340.17±17.2)张/h,3组比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论:智慧化药房系统可减少调剂差错、提高药师工作效率,提高患者满意度,同时可加强对药品的管理,为患者提供更便捷、更合理的药事服务。但建议在应用过程中应对其不断进行调整及优化,以促进其发挥最大的效能。
Objective: To explore the application of intelligent pharmacy system in outpatient pharmacy to improve the quality of pharmacy service. Methods: After the application of the automatic medicine dispensing machine from July 2017 to March 2019 in our hospital and the establishment of the intelligent pharmacy system, the data of outpatient pharmacy services in three time periods were assigned into control group, observation group Ⅰ and observation group Ⅱ, theintra-adjustment rate of the three groups of drugs, the number of prescriptions issued per unit time, and other indicatorswere compared. Results: In the control group, observation group Ⅰ, and observation group Ⅱ, the intra-adjustment rate was 1.33%, 0.70%, and 0.18%respectively;The doses in unit time was(287.87±12.8) sheets/h,(302.42±13.9) sheets/h and(340.17±17.2) sheets/h respectively. There were significant differences in the comparison between the 3 groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: The intelligent pharmacy system can reduce adjustment errors, improve the efficiency of pharmacists, improve patient satisfaction, and strengthen the management of drugs to provide patients with more convenient and more reasonable pharmacy services. However, it is recommended that it be continuously adjusted and optimized during the application process to attain its maximum effectiveness.
