摘要
针对双频激振下阶梯轴的低周断裂问题,研究阶梯轴与带V型槽轴的等效性以简化问题。设计了铝合金阶梯轴和带V型槽铝合金轴的双频激振等效实验,利用有限元软件,对实验中的模型进行比较分析,在此基础上提出等参数建模法:通过有限元建模,对两种模型重点考察的局部特征进行分析比较,调整模型的尺寸参数,筛选出能够彼此近似等效的模型。利用等参数建模法,得到应用于所搭建的双变频激振器的等效建模表,根据等效建模表,可查找到基于双变频激振器,一定误差范围内能够彼此近似等效的铝合金阶梯轴和带V型槽铝合金轴。
Aiming at the problem of low cycle fracture of stepped shaft under dual-frequency excitation,the equivalence of stepped shafts and V-groove shafts was studied to simplify the problem.Dual-frequency excitation equivalent experiments of aluminum alloy stepped shaft and aluminum alloy V-groove shaft were designed.The models in the experiments were compared and analyzed by using finite element software.On this basis,the equivalent parameter modeling method was proposed,the highlighted local features of the two models were analyzed and compared through finite element modeling,the size parameters of the model were adjusted,and the models that can approximate each other were selected.The equivalent modeling table of the dual-frequency excitation device was obtained by using the equivalent parameter modeling method.The aluminum alloy stepped shaft and the aluminum alloy V-groove shaft which can be approximately equivalent to each other within a certain error range based on the double-frequency excitation device according to the equivalent modeling table were obtained.
