摘要
大学生人文素养培育的重要性逐步受到教育部门和社会大众的重视。然而,大学生人文素养培育陷入瓶颈,在理念、方式、教师队伍等方面不能适应当代大学生的特点,不能适应新形态经济社会对高素质人才的需求。究其原因,有社会大环境的冲击,也有人文素养教育本身缺乏整体规划以及高校人文底蕴不足等因素作祟,还有家庭对人文素养培育的忽视。探索一条具有中国特色、高校特色的人文素质教育之路势在必行,最重要的是培育正确的人文素养教育理念,探索团体心理辅导等可以深入促进大学生人格品格成长的培育方式,学校、家庭联手促进大学生的人文素养培育。
The importance of the cultivation of college students’ humanistic literacy has gradually received the attention of the education department and the general public. However, the cultivation of college students’ humanistic literacy has fallen into a bottleneck. It can not adapt to the characteristics of contemporary college students and can not meet the needs of high-quality talents in the new economic society. The reasons leading to the current cultivation of humanistic literacy in colleges and universities include the impact of the social environment, the lack of overall planning of humanistic education itself and the lack of humanistic heritage in colleges and universities, as well as the neglect of humanistic literacy cultivation in family education. To explore a path of humanistic literacy education with Chinese characteristics and those of colleges and universities, the most important thing is to cultivate correct humanistic literacy education concepts and explore ways in which group psychological counseling can further promote the growth of college students’ personality and schools and families can work together to foster humanistic literacy.
