摘要
当前部分中小学校以提高升学质量和升学率为中心工作,重业务,轻党建,党风廉政建设缺位,小部分教师作风不正,并引发廉政风险。加强党风廉政建设有利于中小学教师师德塑造,有利于营造风清气正的育人环境,有利于中小学生健康成长成才。文章从思想上的引领、制度上的执行、责任上的落实等来阐述加强党风廉政建设对中小学教师师德塑造的积极效应。
At present, some primary and secondary schools, centering on improving the enrolment quality and rate,focus on professional work, neglect Party building, and as a result, there is a lack of the construction of Party conduct andclean government. Some Party members are politically deteriorating, economically greedy, morally degraded, and corruptin life. Some teachers’ work style is not correct, which also leads to the risk of integrity. Strengthening the construction ofthe Party’s work style and clean government is conducive to the shaping of teachers’ morality in primary and secondaryschools, conducive to creating a clean and upright environment for educating people, and conducive to the healthy growthof primary and secondary school students. The article expounds the positive effects of strengthening the Party’s work styleand building an honest and clean government on the formation of teachers’ morality in primary and secondary schoolsfrom the ideological guidance, the implementation of the system, and the emphasis of responsibility.
