摘要
我国农业生产不断创新,随着农业产品产量的连续升高,有效满足了市场总体需求。但是,要追求产量的同时,也忽视了农业产品的质量,特别是一些农产品在生产过程中,使用了农药,其残留物对我国人民健康造成了极大影响。文章就有毒农药残留的检测进行分析,有效提出相关措施与方法,以此,降低果蔬菜中农药残留物,保证人们身体健康。
With the continuous innovation of agricultural production in China, with the continuous increase of the output of agricultural products, it has effectively met the overall demand of the market. However, while pursuing output, we also ignore the quality of agricultural products, especially the use of pesticides in the production process of some agricultural products, and their residues have a great impact on the health of our people. This paper analyzes the detection of toxic pesticide residues and effectively puts forward relevant measures and methods to reduce pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables and ensure people’s health.
